Strawberry Granola

Crunchy, nutrient-dense and ready in under 30 minutes, this Strawberry Granola blends rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, flax & chia with vibrant freeze-dried strawberries to support energy, recovery and antioxidant intake. A perfect breakfast or snack for high-performers seeking sustained focus and strong foundations.

Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Rolled Oats
  • 150 g Freeze Dried Strawberries
  • 2 tbsp Mixed Spice
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 50 g Pumpkin Seeds
  • 50 g Roughly Chopped Pecans
  • 25 g Flax Seeds
  • 25 g Chia Seeds

Equipment

  • 1 Fan Assisted Oven

Method
 

  1. Pre-heat a fan assisted oven to 140°C.
  2. Place all the ingredients (except for the strawberries) into a large mixing bowl and
    mix together.
  3. Place the mixture onto a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, give the granola a good stir half-way through cooking.
  4. Once the granola is golden brown, remove from the oven.
  5. Add the dried strawberries to the granola and stir them in.
  6. Allow the granola to cool, before decanting to an airtight container.

Notes

This granola mix can be stored for up to 1 month.
