Method
- Pre-heat a fan assisted oven to 140°C.
- Place all the ingredients (except for the strawberries) into a large mixing bowl andmix together.
- Place the mixture onto a lined baking tray and cook in the oven for 20-25 minutes, give the granola a good stir half-way through cooking.
- Once the granola is golden brown, remove from the oven.
- Add the dried strawberries to the granola and stir them in.
- Allow the granola to cool, before decanting to an airtight container.

This granola mix can be stored for up to 1 month.
